Cannot access Digital Marketing Insights to change to lauracrawford.co
-
Hello. I’m trying to access my Digital Marketing Insights site and cannot. It is currently redirecting to lauracrawford.biz – and in your notes you claim you don’t work with .biz domains. Both lauracrawford.biz and lauracrawford.co are active. If I could access the Digital Marketing Insights dashboard I would change the domain to lauracrawford.co.
I am submitting resumes to employers and need to fix this quickly. The laracrawf page is not developed.
Tell me how.
Thanks!

Hi Laura – It looks like you had a Jetpack connection for the .biz domain, which was connected to your WordPress.com site. I’m not sure how that happened, but I removed it.
Both the lauracrawford.biz and lauracrawford.co domains are currently pointing to your http://laracrawf.wordpress.com/ site. These domains are both registered through GoDaddy, so if they shouldn’t be pointed here, you’ll need to update their name servers on GoDaddy’s end to point them where they should go.
I can’t find the Digital Marketing Insights site, since it’s not in your same WordPress.com account – can you provide the URL for it, rather than the title, so I can take a look? Is it this site – http://digitalmarketinginsights.com/ ?

Hello
The URL sited above is not my site. However I saved a screen shot from my WordPress dashboard from Monday that shows it was there and when clicking on it was directed to lauracrawford.biz, which is hosted by Godaddy. When clicking on the link in my dashboard — called digitalmarketing insights — it would redirect lauracrawford.biz and error out.
I don’t know how to attach that screenshot to this format.
Now “digital marketing insights” is not available on my WordPress dashboard. Where did it go?
Regards,

Hi Laura – You can upload the screenshot to your Media Library and I can take a look at it there:

Thanks, just did so. BTW I’m in Prague, Czech Republic so there may be a delay with my responses due to time zones.

Hi Laura,
That was the Jetpack connection that was in your account, which I removed. At the time I removed it, it was just pointing back to your laracrawf.wordpress.com site.
I think what likely happened was you previously had the Digital Marketing Insights site hosted with another hosting provider (such as GoDaddy). The domain lauracrawford.biz was pointed at that site, and the site was connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin. But then, either the site itself expired or was removed, or your domain expired. Does this sound likely? Did you ever pay a monthly hosting fee to GoDaddy or anyone else?
For the missing site, there are two possibilities:
1. You have a second WordPress.com user account, other than laracrawf, and the missing blog is owned by that account; or
2. That site is a WordPress site hosted with GoDaddy or another hosting provider.
Either way, I’m not sure how to help you locate it unless you have the exact URL it’s at. Both of your domains are currently pointed at laracrawf.wordpress.com.
I did Google “Digital Marketing Insights” and your name, and I found this blog:
