Cannot access domain

  So, I recently changes the name servers of http://www.shelbylcole.com to point to my hostgator servers. However, my domain is unavailable and I cannot access my site anymore. I called Wild West domains and they mentioned that the domain was cancelled. How do I access the domain so I can point it to hostgator?

  When you cancel a domain URL the registrar owns it and can whatever they want with it. I tagged this thread for Staff to explain the situation to you.   According to our records, you cancelled the domain shelbylcole.com on April 17. Canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. (A cancelled domain name may not be released immediately, so there’s no guarantee you can register it elsewhere right away.)
