Cannot Access Domain

  I have this registered domain active, but I think its active under an email I don’t have access to: (email visible only to moderators and staff). How can I gain access to this domain to transfer to a different provider? I looked it up on site profiler, and it has this contact information, although this is not my contact information. What can I do? I no longer pay for WordPress Premium.
