Cannot Access Domain

  I purchased my domain through WordPress. Everything I do shows the domain name has in fact been purchased. WordPress says it has been affiliated with another website, but I can tell which one. ICANN shows that the domain’s current status is: clientTransferProhibited. This is good to know, but it does not help me access the domain or the website.

  Help on this matter and what I can do to finally get this website up and running would be appreciated.

  Thanks for sharing these details. The clientTransferProhibited status you’re seeing in ICANN is normal and simply means the domain is registered and locked for security, which wouldn’t stop the site from working or being set up.

  Could you please share the domain name here and also the link to the website you are trying to use it on? Once I have that, I can check where it’s connected and help you get things aligned so you can move forward with getting the site up and running.

  Hi, Barett. Thank you so much. The domain is kaleidoscopeofgrace.com. It is associated with one of two emails.

  IfI go to the site it is just a blank page saying something is coming soon. Then when I click on the WordPress logo, it takes me to my account, and all my domains and websites but that one are listed. Something else I did (I don’t remember what) said the domain is already affiliated (or linked to, maybe) one of my other sites. I don’t remember linking them, and I don’t really know if I want them linked, but I couldn’t see a way to fix that, either.
