Cannot access domain dashboard

I got a your domain is expiring soon, but when I go to renew I get a message: You don’t have any WordPress sites yet. I cannot get to the appropriate location to renew.

I do not see any domains under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the domain you are needing help with?

Hey thank you. I originally had a WordPress.com account, under which I purchased the domain. I switched to WordPress.org for a bit, but I would like to renew the domain. I’m getting emails that it is expiring, but can’t figure out how to renew.
The site name is kimkatil.com

Are you getting those emails to a different address than the one you see here? https://wordpress.com/me/account/
I do see the domain you are trying to renew as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@kimkatilauthor) to contact us here. Is it possible you registered kimkatil.com under a different login?
If so, then it is likely that the domain renewal email is getting sent to the email address your “other” account is under. In that case you can enter the email address here, and reset your password to the other account: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
