Cannot access domain management

  I am trying to access domain management area of the store at wordpress.com from my dashboard. I need to change the name servers for bobsgenealogyquest.com.

  I get this message: Domain and site redirect management is currently disabled.

  Is this because I changed my password today?
  What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This has nothing to do with changing your password. There is an issue and Staff have posted this notice which applies to everyone:
  Domain and site redirect management is currently disabled.

  GoDaddy is currently mostly offline, and we are partnered with a GoDaddy reseller for our domain services.

  So, to avoid any potential problems while GoDaddy recovers their services, we have blocked off our domain system as well.
