Cannot access domain on WordPress

    Im logged into WordPress but I keep seeing an exclamation point – my site cannot be reached

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hey there, our systems say your domain is having an issue. Can you contact the company you bought the domain from to get that sorted? It looks like it might be through Bluehost.

    Also — do you have more than one account with us? If so, can you log into the account you used to make the purchase? You should be able to use the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
