cannot access editing

    totally new to all of this. tried modifying some things in appearance, settings, etc… i think i might have changed url option name – from socialtherapie.com to socialtherapie.com/wordpress. after i did that, the appearance of the site changed completely and i can’t edit it at all. there are no options like you typically see… help!!
