Cannot Access emails

I cant recieve any business emails after transfering my domain yesterday, no one from support responds. I have the worst buyers remorse as i am sitting here losing money with the time it takes someone to respond to help me trouble shoot. I absolutely regret purchasing this garbage software for $300 with no damn support.
