cannot access FTP

  My FTP login is not working for ftp://ftp.mydomain.com. I have used this link to access it before and I have not changed my password or allowed anyone else to access the ftp since.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We do not allow FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to any WordPress.com blogs. Please see the information below on alternatives to using FTP.
