cannot access gravatar for my web page

    i have a blog sandradsouzaphotography.wordpress.com and also a new website called (email visible only to moderators and staff), and it is for the website i would like to put a profile pic,however i am being unable to do so….please help…i have added the new email id too,to the gravatar account but have not got an update…looking forward to a solution..regards sandra
