Cannot access HTML or arrows for submenus on dashboard

It is actually effecting ALL of my WP Blogs and is really crucial that I get this fixed asap.
I am unable to left click on the little arrows that drop down the menus for posts, pages, links etc, I have to actually click the heading to get the area to open.
HTML is not clickable in a post, and I am unable to insert pictures either, the layout on the post page has the html and regular all visible at once, so I am unable to do any posting that needs pics, and all my posts include pics.
PLEASE HELP

Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently and our answers typically will not work for you.

The blogs I am referring to ARE on the freehosting .COM wp, I have a self hosted blog that is fine, it is the free ones I cannot use at the moment. So same question applies.
