Cannot Access marshallsinntheforks.me

Cannot access http://www.marshallsinntheforks.me
Access is denied from my Mac laptop and IPad from residence and on the business location (different ISP’s). Different employee tried to access same site on their personal PC at the business location with the same results.
Not sure where to turn but given the above it would appear to be on the WordPress end????
Please advise!

Hi @kurtatmarshallsinntheforks , this domain was initially purchased by another user. Can you log out, then log in as that user first? That way we’ll be working with the owner.
For what it’s worth, it seems the owner cancelled the domain initially. We’ll be doing more digging on our side, but if you can log in to the correct account, too, that will help. Cheers!

Thanks for getting back to me and trying to login at the business location by the owner on a login page (marshallsinntheforks.me/wp-admin) resulted with “server not found” and again, trying to view the page using just the domain name (marshallsinntheforks.me) did not work as well.
I can however access the dashboard via my 410.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ where I can make a an edit to a page with the update and preview buttons and view page buttons working just fine. Pages open this way with the “410 wp-admin) in the URL.
Our biggest concern is that any customers using http://www.marshallsinntheforks.me cannot access the website, nor can we. Any links to it IE. the Facebook page post for (The Marshall’s) will not open.

Try logging into WordPress.com as the owner of the account. You can log out by clicking on your avatar icon and clicking Sign out. Then sign back in with the correct account.
Also, because marshallsinntheforks.me was cancelled by the owner at one point, it is currently not available. I am working to see what options we have for getting it back.

Owner could sign in to wordpress.com
Once logged in, could not access marshallsinntheforks.me or marshallsinntheforks.me/wp-admin
Taking a different route once logged out, could not log into either marshallsinntheforks.me or marshallsinntheforks.me/wp-admin
I myself can access wordpress.com and my 410 admin URL and make/save changes where the update/preview and view page links work fine but I cannot access just plain http://www.marshallsinntheforks.me

More Background info…
The business owner originally set up a business account, custom domain name (marshallsinntheforks.me) but uploaded the wrong theme.
I suggested that they cancel the theme and business account and I would walk them through it.
A week later we did so establishing a business account and purchasing the current theme and I remember specifically that we chose to “map it out” when choosing the domain name which we already had.
Not sure if this helps any but provides a little more background if needed.

The problem is they had cancelled this domain. They no longer own it when it’s cancelled. I’ve contacted the registrar to see if this can be returned to the account or released for re-purchase. I haven’t heard back yet but will update you when I do.
If you want to move forward with a different domain, I have restored credit to the account, but do not try to use “marshallsinntheforks.me” until it’s truly owned by you again.

I would like to regain the marshallsinntheforks.me domain if at all possible.
I can see this playing out now after you have explained it. The cancelling also cancelled the domain name which was not intended, only the theme and plan.

Good news, @kurtatmarshallsinntheforks . We were able to get the domain back. It may be a few more hours before it’s properly working again, but the domain is yours.
