Cannot access my account

  I cannot access my account. The system puts me in a circuitous routine of requesting an email link, using that link to go to a login page that will not accept my password, back to an email link, back to a login page …and on and on it goes. I have tried setting a new password and it still will not recognize my password.

  I cannot access my wp-admin page.
  It keeps saying ‘this page isn’t working’.
  I am getting a lot of spam emails on my website that I can’t fix because I cannot access my website to login and access the dashboard.
  It’s very hard to get direct support via wordpress.

  Would love and appreciate any help.

  Hello I am having this same issue. I get the notice
  “This page isn’t working
  pongomediaproductions.com is currently unable to handle this request.
  HTTP ERROR 500”
