Cannot Access My Account

Apparently, there is some confusion on accounts. It seems to me that there is a ghost-like account for alicebrown78 and I cannot seem to access both my blogs from the backend. I have two wordpress sites (www.brownmustardseed.com and http://www.straightenmycrown.com). Due to this problem I cannot access the dashboard for either account expect through my cell phone because somehow it directed me to the correct account that has both sites under that login. In addition, I cannot seem to get http://www.straightermycrown.com to come up from the front end. Please help me fix this, I need to be able to access my sites.

Neither of those sites are hosted on WordPress.com, so we have no control over your login for those sites.
You are posting here via the WordPress.com username account,
alicebrown78. This account was created in January 2017. The reason you see your site, http://www.straightenmycrown.com, in this account is because you connected that site to this account via the Jetpack plugin. But we have no control over the site itself.There is no such connection in your account for the site, http://www.brownmustardseed.com.
