Hi there,
It appears that you’re using the self-hosted installation of WordPress.ORG software at another hosting company (BlueHost). Please keep in mind, these forums here at WordPress.COM are for WordPress websites hosted and managed here at WordPress.COM
To get help with your issues, you need to post your question at the WordPress.ORG support forum.
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/You can learn more about the differences between .COM vs .ORG :

I am only registered to .com, not .org.
ALL of my notifications are from .com, back to the beginning of my build in early 2021.
.Org does not have Me registered at all -
It’s not that you’ve registered with .org or .com, it’s the fact that http://tyosdream.com/ is NOT hosted with WordPress.com but is using the open-source WordPress.org software that Bluehost is hosting for you.
This forum is dedicated to the hosted, WordPress.com platform and questions regarding the open-source platform are best posted on the WordPress.org forums.

Here are a couple of support articles that may be helpful.

Why does ALL of My site notification and updates, changes, confirmation, dashboard, admin, etc, come only from .com, why am I a member of.com, but not .org?
-
You’re getting notifications because you have an account at WordPress.com, however, with the system Bluehost offers, you don’t actually require an account at either WordPress.com or WordPress.org.
When you get WordPress hosting through Bluehost, they install the open-souce WordPress.org software for you and give you access to the database and files.
If you go to the WordPress.com Dashboard do you see any sites listed?
If you do, it won’t be the active tyosdream.com site, but you may have something you were testing with or another blog. If you do, please share the URL(s).
I know it can be confusing and I hope this helps a little bit.
Regardless, I would suggest contacting Bluehost support, they’ll likely be able to help sort you out.
Cheers,
Eric -
Hi there!
Your site is hosted with Bluehost but connected to your WordPress.com account via a plugin called Jetpack. That means you can use the tools available on WordPress.com, but things on your site will not work the exact same way as on sites hosted on our servers. For instance, on WordPress.com, it wouldn’t be possible to change the URL in the way you did, so we can’t really advise. The community forums are the best place to look for help: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
