cannot access my admin site

  I have a website that I created with your template. I cannot access my admin page ‘error’ keeps coming up. I did have the email associated with that account hacked and use a gmail account now. How can I get to my admin page, my website needs to be updated?

  Yes my website is: backyardbugshield.com
  I can access my site, but cannot access the admin part. I contacted hosting platform and they said nothing wrong on there end. I tried to sign in to WordPress, but it said it did not recognize me by user name or email??

  Hi gknee2e,

  backyardbugshield.com uses WordPress.org software (rather than WordPress.com) and is hosted by HostGator:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums advice:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  You could also try resetting the password for that account from the Lost Password page on the site itself.
