cannot access my blog

  I can access my blog if I type in blog name but I cannot change anything or add anything. This is very frustrating because I want to add pages, but constantly get message blog does not exit. But if I type http://name of blog.wordpress.com I see my blog in full glory. Is there a contact email in which I can ask wordpress to delete my blog since I can do anything with it. thanks
