Cannot Access my Blog

    Greetings,

    I am a WordPress user and my site is http://www.auspuffroar.com/ The site is still up and I am logged in, but none of my blog material or information shows up on my admin page or is accessible in nay way. On the main page it stays stuck on “loading my sites” and when I click on blog posts or any other area,it does not populate, it just stays blank. I also tried to log in on a new page and it says that my email address is not connected to an account. I cannot use the blog at all and I do not have access to premium support like I should as a paid subscriber to get this fixed.

    I believe this is actually from a billing issue. Because of a double billing error last year I was “comped” for this year and it was verified via email from WP billing support. This was offered to me, it was not something I requested, but now I cannot access my blog and I believe that this is the root cause of my issue.

    I have emailed billing support twice now with no response. I did so because that is the only support area in WP I have email access to and I believe the issue stems from the previously mentioned billing issue.

    Does anyone have experience with this? I feel like I am stuck in a vortex and have nowhere else to go to get this resolved.

    Good morning,
    I created a site nhwtas.wordpress.com back in 2012.
    I am now wishing to update it and I can’t seem to be able to access my edit rights to it.
    I have several other sites all under the username westhobart which I thought this site should also be but I don’t see it listed there.
    Could you please assist me in being able to edit the nhwtas site please.
    My email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    It almost sounds like you are having browser issues. Can you try another browser to see if that makes a difference? I’ll also start an email thread with you.

    @westhobart your issue is different. You should be logging in under nhwtas. If you’re having trouble with that, please start a new thread.
