Cannot access my blog

  I cannot access my WordPress blog.
  The error message says ‘This site can’t be reached’.
  It has been occurring already on several occasions.
  Does anyone know how to reach WordPress support and get them moving to fix this error?

  What is the URL of your site? We can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platfom not sites using the open source wordpress.org.

  Hi there,

  That site is loading fine for me, and you’re logged into the account that owns it, so you should be able to access it as well.

  Are you seeing that error when you try to load the site itself, or when trying to access the dashboard?

  I’m assuming you get this error on your computer with your regular internet connection, correct? Can you check if it loads over a different internet connection, or in the browser on your mobile phone using your mobile data instead of your wifi?

  Hello!

  Very strange…
  I cannot access the site both with a link and via WordPress dashboard.
  It says:

  “This site can’t be reached
  greentechrangers.wordpress.com took too long to respond.
  Try:
  Checking the connection
  Checking the proxy and the firewall
  Running Windows Network Diagnostics
  ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

  I tried with different browsers and internet connections.
  All other sites work fine.

  Can it be connected to a European server issue of some sort?

  No, it seems like a local issue, where are you located? Also, have you checked if your firewall is blocking WordPress.com?

  You mentioned that all other sites work fine. Have you checked other WordPress.com sites? Does https://wordpress.com/discover-wordpress/ or https://wordpress.com/blog/ load fine for you?

  Eastern Europe, Moldova

  All WordPress.com sites work fine. Even my other blogs on WordPress.
  Somehow only https://greentechrangers.wordpress.com fails to load.

  I do not know that is going on here…

  I tried to follow the steps.

  The traceroutes to greentechrangers.wordpress.com (lb.wordpress.com [192.0.78.13]) show ‘timed out request’ on all 30 tracings.

  The HTTP headers attempts show ‘Failed to load response data’.

  I see. Would you be able to test this from another device? Does it load on your mobile or a different computer?

  I was able to access the blog on the same computer via the same browser, but with a different wifi connection.
  Strange…
  Probably it is something to do with an internet service provider. Could it be so?
