cannot access my blog

    I have had a WordPress account since 2010 and was never asked to set up 2 step verification or the other 2 steps to verify ownership. Now I am shut out of it even though it is operating online and working. I try to get help but cannot since I cannot verify according to their 3 steps my account. I cannot even reach someone at word press to help me. Can someone help me to be able to reach someone at WP to set up my blog properly now? My WP email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    As already said in your other threads from 3 years ago and 8 months ago, “That site is connected to another account of yours pearlofgreatpricebook. Log out from current pollystjohnhughes and log in again as pearlofgreatpricebook.”
