  I cannot access my blog and when I try “forgot password” it doesn’t send me an email…

  That’s not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and we cannot help you with it. You need to register a WordPress.org username account on the top right hand corner of this page http://wordpress.org/support/ so you can post to the correct support forum for your software.
