Cannot access my blog to write or edit one!

I haven’t been back to WordPress in a long time. I used to blog regularly. Now I’m here and logged in, but on my dashboard I can’t access any of my blogs or stats. It says I don’t have a blog yet. When I access my blog, “More Journey Through My Eyes” through a link in my bookmarks, I can see my previous posts, but don’t have full access to them, nor can I create a ‘new post’. When I click on the link to ‘new post’, I get a message telling me that I am not authorized to do that, and if I want to do that I have to contact an administrator and ask permission. What’s going on and how do I correct it??
