Cannot access my page when I changed my domain

    Hello, there!
    I was using onessalon.wordpress.com before I changed to onessalon.com. After changing it, I can no longer access my page unless I log in through wordpress.com

    I am on a premium account and I believe having my own domain is okay. I followed the instructions given in getting a domain but I have an error that says DNS configuration required.

    I tried to fix it, but it was asking for an IP address which I can get to my host? Which I think that is wordpress? I dont have any third party host

    Please help me.

    Hello, thank you so much for helping out. The sad thing is we do not have access to the go daddy account who uses the onessalon.com

    I was wondering if we could just create a new and tried it. However, wordpress doesn’t allow it. Is there a way where we can uses onessalon.com.ph instead without paying additional fees?

    Hello there @tatin05, for some reason there was an issue with this thread that we could not access it for a couple of days. Now I cannot access the other thread that @jagjeetparmar linked to and where both Staff and I replied to you.

    When visiting onessalon.wordpress.com it currently redirects to onessalon.com which is hosted at GoDaddy.

    Please let us know exactly what you wish to do. Do you want to cancel the current redirect and use onessalon.wordpress.com with another custom domain you own (onessalon.com.ph)? Did you already try to do this and, if so, what exactly happened? Thanks for your patience while Staff get back to you.

    Hi @liskarkowski – Thanks for looking. Yes, this is the “duplicate” thread that I mentioned. Now I can’t reach the other thread that both @fstat and I responded in. Each time I click on that link in my forum profile (now #28-ish) I’m rerouted to this thread instead.
