  I cannot access my site. Able to view Dashboard but not the site.

  You purchased a Site Redirect to doubleheart.com which appears to be forwarded back here.

  Did you want your blog to direct traffic to whatever site is supposed to exist at doubleheart.com, or did you want your blog to exist at doubleheart.com?

  Ok, then you want a Domain Mapping upgrade, not a Site Redirect upgrade.
