    Hi @priskafuchs,

Your site is using the self-hosted version of WordPress, and you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums:

    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

These forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only :)

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    Thanks !!!

    Thank you for your answer!

    livinglearning.ch is hosted by Hostpoint

I don’t think I will find more support at wordpress.org…

    How can I proceed?

    Hi there,

You can try to log in at http://livinglearning.ch/wp-login.php and try to reset the password. You can also contact Hostpoint regarding this issue.

    Thanks!!

    Thank you so much.
That’s what I did. And Hostpoint supperted me right away. This was the issue:

“I have looked at your situation and found that your WordPress is outdated and still requires PHP 5.6. PHP 5.6 is no longer officially maintained, which is why Hostpoint has decided to stop supporting PHP 5.6 for security reasons. In September 2018, Hostpoint therefore informed all customers by e-mail that PHP versions 5.6 and 7.0 will be switched off as of March 2019. This has now happened.

To get your website up and running again, you need to update your WordPress and all plugins. I have therefore manually reactivated PHP 5.6 for you so that you can log in again. Please update your WordPress installation so that your website will continue to work in the future. At the end of this year PHP 5.6 and 7.0 will be finally removed from our servers and no exceptions will be possible afterwards.

I recommend that you back up your data and database in the Control Panel before updating WordPress. If something goes wrong during the update, you can restore the last working version and try again.”

Everything works fine now. Thank you!
