  Hi, we recently decided to update our website after 10 years. However, once we logged out, we cannot log back in. When we use the username and password we assumed was correct, it takes us to an account that doesn’t have a website set up. Can you help?

  Is the website still running okay? If you go to the website, is it still there? When you tried to upgrade the website, what actions did you take?
