Cannot access my site

  Hello,

  I am unable to access my website or admin panel. Are you able to identify the problem and help me regain access to my site?

  Here is the error message I get:
  Not Found
  The requested URL /wp-admin/ was not found on this server.

  Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  Apache Server at [my website] Port 443

  The full address of the site in question would be useful.
  Note that this is WordPress.com. If your site is hosted elsewhere there is a different support forum for assistance:

  @irisjchan, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
