Cannot access my site

I have the same issue – I have 2 sites and have not been able to access either of them.

http://www.visceralvegan.comI cannot do anything including switching between my sites – it is as if neither exist and yet I paid or at 1 year for both.

Hi –
You’ll need to click on My Sites from the upper left hand corner of the screen after signing in. Then you can work on each of those sites. Write back if you need more help.

Hi @visceralvegan, I’ve moved your topic to its own thread, since the cause is pretty different from the one the original poster was experiencing.
Can you let us know what browser you are using? If you try a different browser, do you get another result?

I am at work so I can’t download another internet browser – I will try at home and reply back to you.

I forgot to check on my laptop at home last night but I am able to access the site on my phone. So not sure why I can’t on a computer. I will try again tonight on my laptop with a different browser but Chrome has always worked.

There is nothing wrong with your site so the reason is probably related to your browser or internet source. It would be good to know if you’re able to access your sites correctly from home – sometimes companies set up firewalls that may be blocking access to some sites.
Let us know once you’ve checked it at home.
