  Hello,
  I cannot access My Site, it says I do not have a website when I can see it is live. I cannot make any changes to my website/don’t have access. Thank you.

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  I do see valentineridge.com as listed in our system but it is under a different login than the account you are using now (@sue4c3573b0109a) to contact us here.
