Cannot access my site

  I tried to reset my WordPress password but got stuck in an endless loop where the login would not accept the (definitely) correct password.
  I tried clearing my cache and cookies and trying various browsers however still did not work on my laptop.
  I can access my account via the WordPress app on an android device and my website is clearly there.
  I thought there may be a plugin issue so deactivated ‘Jetpack’ (due to seeing a potential issue in another forum where the login form can sometimes block an IP). I can now login to my actual account on my desktop but it does not look like there is any website attached to it and it takes me to the start-up page to create a new website. I have logged in on another desktop device and it looks the same.
  I have tried to access my site via /wp-admin but it isn’t accepting my password.
  At the moment the app on my android is still working.

  For additional information: it looks like the domain has been removed from my account as when I try to add an existing domain, WordPress is trying to set up a new subscription payment. All previous payment information doesn’t seem to be present on my account either.

  I have tried to complete the account recovery form, but get the following error: Sorry but the website you gave does not exist on WordPress.com. Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?

  Also please note that here in this forum we only provide support for sites that are hosted in WordPress.com only. If your site is hosted somewhere else please create a ticket here in https://wordpress.org/support/ and get help there.

  Hi there,

  Is it a self-hosted WordPress.org website?

  I checked your site and although your site was connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

  I see from debug that you have disconnected Jetpack:

  It looks like you have been able to regain access to your account successfully, as you are reaching out to us from the correct account. If the Jetpack plugin was preventing you from logging in, I would reach out to the Jetpack team at their forums here:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/

  If it is a blocked IP issue, they will be able to get that resolved for you.
