Cannot Access My Site
-
I reinstalled WordPress and my entire site has been wiped, along with all the plugins. I have a Woocommerce store and need to get the site back in order to access my store.
I have tried finding ways to restore WP but can’t find a solution. Desperately need help with this as I need access to my store in order to manage orders.

Can someone please provide a email address for WordPress as I desperately need support with my Woocommerce store powered by WordPress. My store and site have been completely wiped and I currently have no access to it. If somebody could provide an email address to contact WordPress directly or if someone from admin could get in touch it would be very appreciated. Thank you

Hi there,
The first thing you need to do is to contact your host, iFastNet and see if they can restore your site from a backup.
If they don’t have a backup, you’ll need to seek further help in the WordPress.org support forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/). The folks there will help you to restore and reconfigure your site.

Hi there,
Thank you for responding.
My web hosting isn’t with iFastNet, I use a website called ProFreeHost. I have tried contacting them but they don’t seem to have any contact details online, and their support forums do not contain the information I am looking for.
I have also checked the WP forums and can’t find what I’m looking for. I need to restore a previous version of WP otherwise I will need to create my website from scratch which is extremely time-consuming, as I’m sure you are aware. I run a dropshipping store so this is a nightmare.

Hi there,
This definitely sounds frustrating, but I’m afraid we really have no way to help with this.
You’re posting in the support forums for another hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we only have control over sites that are hosted on our servers. We have no control over or access to your site, and no information about how ProFreeHost’s systems work.
The people in the WordPress.org forums are the people who make the open source WordPress software you’re using for your site. So they might be able to help you with advice on the steps you need to follow to fix things. But for actually fixing things, you’ll need your hosting provider’s help, as you’ll likely need to work via your hosting control panel with them.
