  I want to get back to my dashboard but I get only 1 message regardless on what tab I click:
  Fatal error: Cannot redeclare go_home() (previously declared in /home3/luckywhizz/public_html/wp-content/themes/executive/functions.php:207) in /home3/luckywhizz/public_html/wp-content/themes/executive/functions.php on line 215

  This site is not hosted with us at WordPress.com.

  There are 2 different versions of WordPress. WordPress.com hosted sites (here) and self hosted sites that use the installation of WordPress (your site). This guide outlines those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
