Cannot access my site hazeelectronicsecurity.com.au

    I lost my domain registration for hazeelectronicsecurity.com.au and have recently renewed this domain, I am trying to access my WordPress site pages as it was a 28 page content site and I would like to retrieve this content.

    Can you please let me know what it is I need to do if their is anything I can do to retrieve this content.

    If I am not mistaken, if your content is under your account and even if you have to change domain names, your content should still be accessible through your account. If someone else was able to take your domain only their content should show up on the website.

    Once you have your content, you can import/export to your new domain.

    I will tag the Happiness Engineers to take a look for you and hopefully, they can offer you some assistance.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, hazeelectronicsecurity.com.au is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/

    Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
