Cannot access my site through WordPress

  I cannot access my site. Namecheap says that the problem is with the Elementor plugin. However, my sign-in on WordPress error message, says I don’t have a site, therefore, I cannot unplug the elementor if I cannot access my site. I need to access the sit to resolve this problem but going around in a circle. I need access to my site, so how do I do that?

  Since your site is hosted with Namecheap, they should be able to assist you with regaining access to your site, or even disabling the Elementor plugin for you. Since your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, we do not have access to your account and therefore cannot directly assist you with this issue.

  I would also contact support for the Elementor plugin directly for help with this, as they should be able to provide assistance since the issue is related to their plugin.
