Cannot access my Website

I recently purchased a theme called V Card Pro from A theme Art. I uploaded the theme and I have been locked out of my admin portal. My page has been down for weeks as I cannot recall my password and I have not received anything in either of my two emails accounts. I do not have any of the three items required for authentication. Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums and our password reset process won’t help you as this is not a password issue, aside from the fact that your login details for that site has nothing to do with WordPress.com.
Based on the error message on your site, the problem is most likely a conflict between the theme you installed and the SoundCloud plugin on your site. You’ll likely need to delete one or both of them before you can regain access to your site’s dashboard. Once you’re back in I recommend you contact support for that theme and tell them what happened when you tried installing it.
The only way to manually delete that theme and/or plugin is via FTP at your hosting provider, Digital Ocean, so you need to contact them to get access to that.
For more help with this you can post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead, but in this particular case contacting support for your theme directly is likely the best option:
