cannot access my website

  Hi there,
  The links that my web developer gave me in 2015 are suddenly not working and I cannot access my WordPress user dashboard. Here are the links I was given that no longer work. I reached out to my developer and he has not responded.

  Sounds like you actually need help for a WordPress powered site, not a site hosted at WordPress.com. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Since that site is on someone else’s server, contacting them is best.

  You’ll want to use the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing a site hosted outside of WordPress.com, in general.

  I’ve also tagged this for staff to remove your personal information, even though the site is down.

  @ahosfeldphoto I’ve removed your login and password — please be cautious about posting that kind of information publicly, as folks could use it to hack into your site.

  I’d recommend changing your login information once you regain access, too. Please contact your host for further assistance.
