Cannot Access My Website

  Hello —

  I set up a blog through WordPress a few years ago and I stopped blogging for a few months and now that I am trying to navigate to my site: thecrisplittlelookbook.com, I cannot access it. I made a payment to my hosting service in January for the full year of 2019, so it’s not the web hosting service.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I can see your website fine. When you say you cannot access it do you mean the admin area? You can try resting your password for the admin account following these steps:

  1. Go to your WordPress admin area: http://www.thecrisplittlelookbook.com/wp-admin

  2. Click on Lost your password?

  3. Enter the username or e-mail address associated with your WordPress account and reset your password.

  I should point out your website is a self hosted version of WordPress (.org), these forums are for the fully hosted version WordPress.com. Here’s a link explaining the difference: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
