Cannot access my website

  I have issue accessing my website to edit. At first, I thought is was common wp-admin issue but then I tried ftp and cannot access my website. Situation now is I can open the website as viewer, cannot login by admin, CANNOT ping my website and cannot access via ftp. Please help and thanks
