  Hi there,

  We’re limited in how we can help because we don’t house your site on our managed WordPress.com hosting service. Your host (Bluehost) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Because of this we don’t have access to your server files, or the ability to take a closer look at your site.

  Luckily though, for the version of WordPress you are using on your site, there is assistance in the open source forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

  We use a custom login system on WordPress.com so we’re not able to help with your specific login issue, but the folks on the forum above will be happy to help.
