Cannot access my website

    When I try to access my site even through the wordpress login it gives the error message: ‘This site can’t be reached’. When I select ‘My Site’ in the upper left, I get a blank screen with 1 popup saying ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’ with 1 option to click saying ‘wp-admin’ on the right side of the popup. That option is supposed to be my website but it leads to that ‘This site can’t be reached’ error. Please help.

    Hi there, 

    I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com. 

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

    Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.
