cannot access my website admin

  Made changes to my website within the last couple of months. Changes show up correctly on my phone but not computer. Cleared my browser history and re-entered website address. Changes still not displaying correctly on computer. Logged into wordpress.com, clicked on MySite tab, says ‘you don’t have any wordpress sites yet.’
  Typed in http://annalisaphoto.com/admin/ and http://annalisaphoto.com/login/ and got 404 not found message.
  Went to wordpress.com/login and entered my email address and password. Said it was not correct password. Requested to change password. Made change. Attempted to log in with new password. Message says incorrect password. At some point, I got a message saying it was the wrong email as well. I have only used one email for blue host and wordpress. At a total loss.
