Cannot access my website and admin

Hello all,
I had a website with domain http://www.shezoned.com. Due to some reason I had to temporarily stop it. I did not use the website since 8 to 9 months. Now when I am trying to load the site it gives server error. I tried purchasing the hosting plan again from the same hosting provider. But now they say that I will not be able to access the old website and any admin file because all the files have been deleted along the server due to no payment.
Is there a way I can access my old website and the admin dashboard? I am unable to access that. Please help me on priority. TIA!
