  WordPress.com does not provide an email service for blogs on their .wordpress.com sub domains or on custom domains. Please see these support docs

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, support docs and support forums, and many people get confused about the two.
