Cannot Access My website on my other account because it uses my old school email

  This website uses my school email to login. The problem is that my school email has been inactivated/deleted because I no longer go there as a student. I tried contacting the school’s IT help desk and they told me to try recovering my account through WordPress.
  I just want to be able to login to my account.
  I know my password and email. But WordPress is saying for security reasons it sent a password reset, probably because I have not logged in in years and this is a new device.
