Cannot access my website or admin area, please, please help me!

    I cannot access my http://www.uk2learn.com admin area. I can’t login to the admin page and the website appears to be broken. I have tried resetting emails etc but nothing is working.

    If anyone can help me I would be eternally grateful.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi mackiaj! Sorry to hear about your situation when attempting to access your admin area.

    However, it seems that your site (http://www.uk2learn.com) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on 1&1 (https://www.1and1.com/) with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

    It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer.

    Hi eallas, thank you for taking the time to reply to me.

    I have taken a look at wordpress.org but I cannot even log into my account to leave a message. I really am stuck!

    I have sent numerous password resets but nothing. I am still receiving emails regarding [OneClick Installer] but it just wont let me in!

    Hey mackieaj,

    Just for clarification, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate entities so you would need to register there as well. (I just did the same exact form I had for WordPress.com) then you’ll be linked up just like here on WordPress.com and you can ask support questions!

    Hi again ellas,

    Thank you again for your help. I have since made a new account with wordpress.org so that I can plea for help in the forums there but it wont let me post and the suggested threads are so complicated…I really am stuck!

    I know this isn’t the right forum but I have no idea what to do and my website is down :(

    First, make sure you’re logged in to WordPress.org. One you’re logged in, follow this link to create your post in the How-To and Troubleshooting section.

    To better assist you, your topic could be:
    Cannot access my website or admin area! Website looks broken!

    Input your WordPress version (if you remember which one you’re on).

    Your post could look like this: 

    I cannot access my <a href="http://www.uk2learn.com">http://www.uk2learn.com</a> admin area. I can't login to the admin page. Going to the <strong>/wp-admin</strong> redirects me to the same homepage, not the admin login. The website appears to be broken. I have tried resetting emails, passwords, etc but nothing is working.

With all the awesome people here, if anyone can help me, I would be eternally grateful!

    Make sure to tag it as well!
    admin, admin privileges, can't login, password reset

    Then, click Notify me of follow-up replies via email for up-to-date notifications once someone replies!

    Finally, hit the submit button and you’re on your way!
