Cannot access my website through my old account so I had to create a new account

  My website is tied to an expired email address. It uses an old email that I have no way of accessing. I received an email to my new email stating that this website will be renewed but I do not want to renew it. However, I cannot access my account to shut it down, so I had to create a new account in order to post this question. I do not wish to renew that account and I can’t get in touch with anyone or even fill out the form to recover my account because I don’t have any of the requested information since the account was opened over 10 years ago. I’m stuck in a loop and just want to cancel the renewal of this site. Please help!
