cannot access my word press back end

  im not a technical expert and have tried to change my password and it didnt seem to work now i received this error message . im a sole trader so i should be the administrator .i received this error:

  ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.

  can you advise how i get back to my back end again

  please send me my password for http://www.burfitt.com.au i need to access the back end and have passsowrd problems i am getting this error message . i am desperate to get back to work on my back end as i just purchased some addons

  this is the erros message: ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.
