Cannot access my WordPress account

    Hi,
    I’m a bit confused. I have a WordPress Account: dodgydetours.com.au
    My last payment was made on September 5th 2020. Receipt ID: [redacted by staff].
    I haven’t been in WordPress for awhile but I’m having trouble accessing my sites – I have more than one. My email address ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) is not recognised although my bills come to it. Do you think you could help me? My tour business depends on this as COVID gets under control here in Australia. Thanks, Paul

    You are posting here as the WordPress.com username, dodgydetours281217. This account has never owned any sites on WordPress.com.

    The site at dodgydetours.com.au belongs to a completely different WordPress.com username.

If you have a receipt for a recent payment, you can use the transaction ID appearing in the receipt to verify your ownership of the account.
