Cannot access my wordpress.com account

  Hello! I have previously subscribed to a paid plugin via my Woocommerce account, and said account is linked to my WordPress.com account. Since I have no use for the plugin, I’d like to unsubscribe from the plugin.

  Woocommerce redirected me to my WordPress.com account, but it’s stuck on “loading my sites” and I can’t access any of its functions (including accessing my subscribed plugins)

  Is there something wrong with the servers, or is this a browser issue?

  Hi –

  This WordPress.com account has another site on it. bobi-boba.com is connected through a Jetpack plan. You won’t want to cancel the account if you’re still using that. Write back and let us know. Thanks!
